- DZDylan ZayasbazanJul 19, 20251.0Teller No. 5 was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I walk into the office and am simply searching for a box that will fit the package I need to send. I’m greeting by “are you lost?” I am very patient with her because I need my box sent out safely and I can imagine there’s worse things she can do than simply be rude. She offers some awful suggestion without even understanding what I need. So I end up eventually finding the perfect sized box while ignoring her jeering. She then says “well I see you went with none of my suggestions.” Again, I’m forced to put up with her since my items are now at her mercy.

He consistently delivers other peoples mail to my address and my mail to other peoples address that are not even on the same street. He drives by without stopping when the mailbox flag is up and I often see him parked talking to customers on the route which explains while other carriers deliver the mail around 10:30 -12:30 or so I sometimes get mail when he is working as late as 6pm. This guy needs a supervisor to ride with him and monitor his work ethic. I would not even give him 1 star but I had no option in posting this.
