I'm lucky I know my neighbor well, otherwise I'd have a lot of missing packages. I've called to complain, talked to the lady and explained multiple times that I live at the address on the package. Hopefully one day the USPS will hire someone with half a brain.

She went above and beyond helping my fiancé and I apply for new passports for us and our baby.
