- SGSonam Govani2 days ago1.0I made an advanced appointment for a passport photo at this location, showed up on time, and the only employee there had no idea how to do passport appointments and I was turned away and told she couldn’t help or do anything.
- JJJulieOct 18, 20254.0There is a new postmaster here and after living here for many years now I finally have hope. The cranky and rude former Postmaster here finally retired and they brought in someone who is from Brooklyn and he is kind and courteous and trying to really bring this post office around and I hear now its better than some surrounding small post offices. Now they have two pickups that take our mail(I live in the Tinicum section of Ottsville) to Philly distribution center which now also is better than many small surrounding post offices and he is trying to update and bring in more services like full passport service because he empathizes that we should not need to drive far to get these services. Also I see our mail delivery is much better and daily again and even earlier many days! I am very hopeful and grateful! Julie Wenskoski
- TNTerence NoonanJan 17, 20211.0I have had multiple packages returned to sender because of a wrong address. The post office is 3 miles away from me and won't hold it for a day. She is sending back packages that are extremely late as is.. Quite frankly she was flat out rude/disrespectful over the phone to me and in-person when I explained why I put Ottsville and not Ferndale in my address. USPS has got it rough right now I get it that doesn't make an excuse for her behavior and treatment of customers.
- TMTeresa MurphyJul 17, 20191.0My package was accidentally shipped to this post office instead of my home and the woman behind the counter found it prudent to immediately return it to sender instead of waiting at least a day for someone to come looking for it. For reference, the package was sent there at 2:30 PM after the office closed and I came in first thing the next morning and she had already sent it back out. I work until 5 and was unable to check before the next morning. Also when I got to the counter, she was blatantly texting on her phone and told me to wait a minute before sending out at least 3 more messages. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
