- NDNick DavisSep 14, 20231.0The last year, three pieces of mail, not too valuable, but all eBay purchases of comic books I collect, all marked as delivered, but never turned up, all the delivery times were usually two hours after delivery in my area has finished, far too coincidental for it to anything other that theft by the Postal Officer. You make inquiries at this post office and you get stone-walled. This is simply the worst Post Office I have ever dealt with, claim ignorance over everything, dishonest and unhelpful, the Postmaster runs if like her own fiefdom and if you ain't someone she considers American, she wont even talk to you. So, yeah, you get to deal with her politics too. In terms of counter service go to the Shippensburg, or the other two local/rural offices in the area. If I could switch deliveries to another Postal Office I would. I recommend every time a piece of mail goes 'missing' from this Post Office report it to the Postal Inspectors, eventually with enough compliants they will investigate this PO. It won't get your mail back, but will eventually stop the thefts.
