He facilitated the processing of my insurance claim which required repeat appeals. He returned my emails and phone calls promptly. I greatly appreciated his assistance.

She would be great in the private sector as well. I know she is loyal to the service but somebody really ought to have a talk with her from the private sector. She would be an outstanding addition to any business.
