- LGLori GielloJan 14, 20261.0Lately I’m having issues with delivery. Couple weeks ago a week after I mailed a bill it was delivered to me. Nothing was missing, had the correct delivery address, stamp and return address. Today I received all the wrong mail and to make matters worse it’s the nasty neighbors mail. I didn’t receive any of my mail. I tried to call numerous times no answer. That’s always an issue, when I finally got through they told me Post Master was busy, that’s always the answer. I told the lady what happened, said carrier would come back, didn’t. Requested the post master call me back, no return call. This is a concern and should be taken seriously. I will elevate.

Update 5/23/23.... was there waiting for them to come back from lunch... they re-open the main area.... i ask the woman behind the counter to check on a package for me "since it was coming from china there was a starting tracking number and a usps tracking number" an her response was did you check online? And of course my response back was yea i did though i didnt know " the tracking number was for that reason "... so in a huff she goes in the back for all of about 10 seconds an comes back and says " it isnt my job to do this for you! With a very rude tone and attitude... granted it was a little busy at this point bc they were closed for lunch but that doesnt excuse the rude behaviour
