During the pandemic I was promoting my side gig. My promo gifts were returned utterly destroyed. Envelopes torn and missing contents. After about 50 calls to the 800 number I went to this post office to find out why. The guy explained that the tees and pencils were not letters and were jamming the machine causing alot of damage. My bad. My fault. He couldnt help my advertising but answered my questions.

Despite all the ridiculous negative reviews. I have been very pleased with the OC Post Office. They have always been helpful and friendly. People tend to forget these employees do not have a crystal ball! The information they receive at times is limited. They will help you the best they can. But leave the attitude at the door. I have witnessed a few very rude customers! Yes things go wrong but being rude and sarcastic is not the answer. Be nice and have patience!

The post master was rude combative extremely stressed and obviously over her head. speaking with her got to the point where I recommended she seek help from a professional therapist. Mail was not getting to the box and we have made multiple complaints and she was claiming she wasn't made aware.i I told her if the problem couldn't be fixed we could call the office of inspector general too see if they could look into too it.the post master said I was threating her. Because I was gonna call the office of inspector general. GUILTY MIND or what? Stay away from oil city postal service someone's cousin has a bad drug habit or their simply unable too do any of the skills required too deliver mail. You know like read or walk from the truck to the box etc.

I had a package misdelivered a week ago. I called twice, and it still has yet to be taken care of despite what the woman I spoke with at the post office has told me. I spent $123 dollars on this package, and apparently they don't care. She kept insisting it'd get taken care of and someone would call me, and neither has happened yet. But yet if one of them was out $123, I'm sure they wouldn't be too happy.
