The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!

Post master was completely dismissive and demeaning towards us and our problem. Zero professionalism. Ill make sure to ship only with Fedex and UPS for now on. All they deliver is junk mail anymore anyways.

It's Wednesday and I still don't have my package. Out of 160 times of calling this location I got lucky 3 times and spoke to Martina. She promised my package was personally addressed and on its way. I never got it and a day later I've called Martina over 30 times and she doesn't answer. They either stole my package, lost it or are just ignoring a customer. Martina and this USPS should be carefully examined and have corrections made ASAP. I will NEVER again have something sent from USPS. I'd rather spend the extra with UPS or Fedex than deal with these lazy, unprofessional lying thieves.
