Team #1: Although the schedulers informed me that the drivers would call me 30 minutes in advance, this team only gave me 10 minutes' notice and didn't want to wait. They left my microwave on my patio and asked me to schedule another visit for the installation. Team #2: This team was not very competent. They claimed that the microwave did not come with a mounting bracket and attempted to install it using my 25-year-old bracket from my old microwave, which was being removed. As expected, it didn't work, and they nearly dropped the microwave onto my glass range. They asked me to contact Samsung to order the brackets and then schedule another installation visit. Team #3: This team realized that the mounting bracket was already on the new microwave. They were not competent either. Without adjusting the hardware to recirculate the vent into the room, they mounted the microwave on the wall. I pointed out that even with the vent fan set to maximum, no air was coming out of the vent. To my surprise, these idiots claimed that vent air would only flow when cooking on the range below. After much debate, I realized I cannot fix stupid and decided to call RXO again to schedule an appointment to fix it. The instructions in the manual are clear, but they refuse to read them. Team #4: I explained everything to this team, and they uninstalled the microwave, removed the vent fan, oriented it correctly, and reinstalled everything. All this wasted time could have been easily avoided. I hope RXO communicates with these drivers/installers.
