They took my old dryer, installed the new one, cleaned up all shipping material and hauled everything away. They were polite and mindful of my home and property. Communicating with them was somewhat harder because English was not their native language.

Calling the company just sends me to an "overseas agent" as they told me. I cannot get the local office in Pittsburgh. They are not doing anything to rectify this situation. Very very disappointing.

- MHmichael hoffmanNov 28, 20251.0I ordered a television from Samsung on November 17th, 2025, it was supposed to be delivered on November 20th with a delivery window of 3:30pm to 7:30pm. However, they supposedly had truck issues and was rescheduled for November 28th with a deliver window of 4pm to 8pm, yet again i get an email and not a phone call around 7:30pm stating they were unable to make the delivery with no reason why. I've contacted the company and got absolutely nowhere with them. I was told they would escalate the situation, but nothing ever came from that. I've also reached out to Samsung to escalate the problem with them twice now. at this point the RXO out of Oakdale, PA has failed miserably to stick to or follow through with a successful delivery or communication at this point. I'm at the point now that my order will be cancelled and i will shop with another competitor before ever dealing with this delivery company again. most unprofessional and unorganized company i have ever dealt with.
