This is the only post office I deal with now. They always give me great and courtious service, , unlike the service i got at the Oxford office.

This post office ranks the highest on bad service for any post office I have ever used. I have been short-changed at the counter and about once every couple of months, my mail will just not get delivered when clearly it says on my informed delivery emails that there are multiple items "out for delivery". The USPS used to take pride in it's service. Modern hiring paractices have changed this dramatically.

Yesterday I went to this post office to send a box to my grandson in El Paso, Tx. The box only had a straw hat that he had left behind from his visit here. It was in a relatively small Amazon box I reused. The male clerk put it on scale & said $14 something was cheapest. I asked if that was ground & he stated it was . I then stated I was surprised it would cost so much considering it weighed next to nothing . I verified there were no hazardous materials & the address was correct & then a screen popped up with 3 faces. The clerk reached over & pressed the green smiley face. I asked him why he did that. He stated it was something new the post office was doing. Once again, I asked why he pressed the smiley face. I told him I was supposed to be the one pressing which ever face I thought should be pressed & it may not be the green one. He told me to leave & never come back! I asked, “Excuse me?” He said I was not wanted there & not to come back. I asked to speak to the post master. He stated she was not there. I asked if she was at the post office in Oxford. He said she was probably at home since she left early. I asked if there was a way to get ahold of her. He said no. I asked if she would be in tomorrow. He said he didn’t know because she came in whenever. I finished my transaction with my card for the box, asked for my receipt & went straight to Oxford post office to see if the post master was there. She wasn’t & theirs wasn’t in either. The two clerks asked if maybe they could help so, I explained what had happened @ Nottingham post office & they both stated that clerk was not in a position to have made that decision. I asked a couple more questions pertaining to passports, which were answered & I left. I am going back to Nottingham post office today to see if I can get assistance with this issue with post master.

Major issues with our postal carrier we've been trying to get it sorted out since we moved into our office suite. We own two suite within this building and the mail carrier refuses to give us our mail for both suites gives us one then literally leaves us notes and tells us they are going to RTS the rest even though we have both suites I don't know how else to impress upon the person doing the deliveries that we have both suites and that no matter whether the mail is marked for one suite or the other we need to get that regardless. I've called multiple times. I'm tired of arguing and I'm tired of us not getting our mail. They know it's ours they leave us notes that say they're going to RTS it because it doesn't have the correct address on it but it's just the address for our other suite.
