- KKKMar 16, 20241.0I usually do not have an issue when visiting this location. However, Doug came out of the post office and rudely told my son to move his car as my son was walking toward the fire department. Doug could definitely use some Customer Service training as the tone used when speaking to my son, a member of the Norwood Community, was very inappropriate. I will bring this to Doug’s attention the next time I visit this location.

I hope the higher rank post master will do something on this level of service this post office do. It’s very annoying to say the least.
