- AAAndyAug 5, 20241.0Edited: SUCH THIEVES! THEY'VE LOST (OR STOLEN) MY PACKAGE AGAIN. THIS KEEPS HAPPENING OVER AND OVER, AND THEY DON'T DO A DAMN THING TO FIX IT! I am incredibly disappointed with the service at this USPS office. I had a package picked up by a USPS carrier, and it has since been lost. Despite numerous attempts to track it down and multiple calls to the office, I have received nothing but vague answers and no resolution. The staff has been unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. They provided no clear explanation for the loss and offered no real assistance in resolving the issue. It's clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. Losing a package is bad enough, but the lack of accountability and poor communication has made this experience even worse. I will avoid using this USPS office in the future and recommend others to do the same if they value their time and peace of mind.

We’ve got 14 pieces of mail in one day that did not belong to us along with many other days of mail with the wrong delivery address. Today the mail was not just wet it was soaked with gravel jammed into it. They don’t deserve even one star.
