    RUDE! The guy at the printer station is always extremely grumpy and rude when you ask him for service. I made a complaint to the manager and he was just as rude. Twice this has happened to me in the past week. So it wasn’t just a “bad day” that’s how they treat customers daily! If you don’t want to ruin your day STAY AWAY FROM THIS STAPLES!

    My 5 Stars go very specifically to Derek in the Print and Marketing Services area. I came in frazzled and in an utter panic…. I needed something printed with same day delivery (after a different Staples store said they could do it and then backed out). Derek came to the rescue!! It was not a huge order, but it meant a ton to me. I appreciate you! Thank you so much Derek!!!

    The older gentleman running the register with Amazon packages had to be the rudest person I’ve ever come across in customer service. He huffed and puffed while throwing packages on the ground and then just stood there looking at me instead of speaking up, expecting me to read his mind on what needed to be done next.

    They took a great passport photo for me, quick service and they were helpful in getting the country-specific size I needed. The guy who took my picture was lowkey flirting with me but in a respectful and friendly way. If you're seeing this, I'm taken, but you seem like a cool guy and it was fun talking with you!
