Management is absolutely terrible here. I’ve lived here for about 14 months, and received over 100 packages (not an exaggeration, i have the receipts to prove it) under my online Alias for my business. The manager allowed it, didn’t even mention it as a problem one time. I’m now learning he was violating policy for over a year. Long story short, i come in today to pickup a package and they told me they sent it back and refused to help me whatsoever. The manager then lied in my face claiming he never let any packages under my online alias to be delivered, but i still have some of the packages i received with my online alias that proves he’s lying. For 14 months it was completely fine, but today for some reason he changed his mind, didn’t even bother to contact me or anyone else that i share the P.o. box with, he didn’t even give any time for someone to show up. He shipped it back immediately. I guess he woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided he wanted to ruin my week. He also made childish comments suggesting I was doing something illegal because i “needed the package so bad”…it was a box of sports cards, i run a sports memorabilia business. Just pure unprofessionalism at that branch, they need a new crew. Other reviews are saying the same thing.

I went to my postal service and the lady at the front gave me a little sass I would like that fixed because nobody should be given anyone sass no matter what they should always be kind and generous towards their residence I don't know if she's having a bad day but I don't want to receive sass from somebody I'm right now not in a great place I have just lost somebody in my life and to just get sass from somebody was the last straw and to be mistaken as somebody as well was not very kind whoever's reading this, I hope it's management, please get this dealt with.

Poor management, employees are not compassionate to the residents. Forced P.O. Boxes, WILL NOT allow deliveries to homes. They return packages if physical address is on the package and no P.O. Box, contradicts many companies that mail residents. Additionally, minimal open hours means working families can’t get their mail. This window to retrieve packages is often closed. This Post Office is dictating to a community whose hands are tied.
