Our mailman puts our flag down and doesn’t take our outgoing mail, every single time. I’ve missed mailing deadlines because they don’t do the bare minimum requirement for their job.

I looked up the hours before I left my Office on Ridge Pike, when I arrived there was about 10 people waiting. I assumed it was a line? I asked they said the office was closed for lunch no beginning or ending given?? Well of course I punch a clock and can't wait to see when they might return. You can believe I will never use this location again and I'm in sales and will relay this to everyone I know and meet. tsk tsk

I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m tired of calling this place and nobody answering the phone. Or if they do they hang up in your ear. I’ve been trying to get a package received for a month and since I filed a complaint about my experience last time they keep turning my packages away. Not sure who to turn to because NOBODY!! answers the phone. Even if you call the automated message that’s really no help. I’m sick of it!!
