- JGJoann Green2 days ago3.0I've shipped things from this store multiple times and service is always great. This time service was good but the owner reprimanded an employee in front of customers and made things uncomfortable. Even slapped his hand down on a box in frustration. The employee was polite and genuine and asked for help from Jayden and even Jayden seemed annoyed with this employee. I felt bad for the kid. You can tell he was trying hard to complete his tasks, but perhaps he just needs a bit more training, not to be humiliated/yelled at by the owner in front of customers.
- ACAmy CDec 30, 20251.0Dropped off multiple prepaid UPS packages here, but tracking consistently shows “Label Created” for 3–4 days after drop-off. This causes serious issues for senders, as it appears the package was never shipped even though it was already handed to UPS. I understand delays can happen, but repeated lack of initial scans is unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress with customers. If this location cannot scan packages promptly, that should be communicated clearly. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability.

The UPS team of Jayden and Erika were amazing, attentive, kindhearted and helpful. During a very busy weekend before the holidays, Jayden helped us notarize several lengthy documents and Erika managed a very busy store, making sure everything was triaged appropriately, all the packages were accounted for, all the documents were printed and each customer was happy with their service at UPS. Erika and Jayden are friendly and personable, and help their customers save money too. Overall, thanks to the UPS team, we had an exceptional customer experience during the holiday season.
