I pay 248 for a post office box and your staff have no ability to help nor to seek someone that can answer questions regarding the renewal. I received certified mail and the clerk struggled to find the envelope which required a signature. How are you leaving untrained individuals alone. You shoukd at least provide them with a resource person to call if they dont know an answer. Those if us working and paying you fir services can't just keep coming back and praying the clerk finally has been educated on their job functions. This is a sad situation
