  Terrible service . They are rude and unhelpful. Mohamed was throwing around our packages like it was garbage and does not handle it with care at all. He has a very rude attitude and acts like he is being inconvenienced having ti do his job.

  I hate to name names but this is the third time I had an issue with this individual. His name is Mohammad. He failed to find packages I missed on delivery twice and another time he couldn't find an address I was sending a package to and claimed it didn't exist, which it did. Just today he couldn't find a package after searching the front and back of the office kind of randomly and very slowly. He said it wasn't there and told me to call a number. Turns out the number was to that very post office. The person on the phone (not Mohammad) found the package and said it wasnt filed properly. I go back and ask for the package and again they could not find the package for a minute and had to search around for it. The man on the phone had just given it to them. Either things are very unorganized there or Mohammad is just not very good at his job. I give two stars because there is another gentleman working there that is excellent and has gotten to know me and often has my packages ready to go as soon as I walk in. I gotta find his working hours and go there then or just call ahead everytime. It's frustrating because I can't go somewhere else, I'd have to move to do that.

  A terrible experience. The New staff are untrained to answer questions and I have actually been told twice to "come back another day" Seriously. I pay 248 for a post office box and your staff have no ability to help nor to seek someone that can answer questions regarding the renewal. I received certified mail and the clerk struggled to find the envelope which required a signature. How are you leaving untrained individuals alone. You shoukd at least provide them with a resource person to call if they dont know an answer. Those if us working and paying you fir services can't just keep coming back and praying the clerk finally has been educated on their job functions. This is a sad situation

  Just never deliver my package. Although I live in the community with digital Concierge, mailbox cocierge, and digital camera, but they never contact me and just leave 'Insecure' Notice even when I am at home. I received no calls or request when they do the delivery.
