One looked very familiar from all the years I've been going there, but his name tag had him as trainee..Dan! I'm guessing all their employees are always considered trainees just to keep them on top of everything! And of course, service was terrific, as well as the conversation from both gentlemen employees..trainees or long term! Great experience! Left with good wishes and smiles!

The young girl acted like she did not know what she was doing. I talked her to scan the label several times and she refused. Then she told me that it would cost me $17 dollars to ship it back. She finally scanned the label after over six attempts of asking her to do so. I am never coming to this UPS store again
