They lie straight to your face about why they can't deliver a package. If you live on Hickory Lane they will refuse to deliver your packages claiming they can't fit or turn around. If you file a complaint they will do NOTHING to help fix the issue. If you PAY for delivery and it is sent through USPS you will NOT recieve your package and they will do NOTHING but make up reasons so they don't have to deliver. I've never been more disgusted by a postal office. FedEx can fit but the tiny mail truck can't because they are to LAZY to drive down the lane.

The employees remember who I am and are very friendly. I miss those who have retired and have gotten to know the new people. And my letter carrier has to be one of the most friendly people I’ve met. She actually CARES about the people on her route. Thank you Evana (not sure of the spelling).
