This postal office is the laziest I have EVER had the displeasure of being forced to get my mail from. They lie straight to your face about why they can't deliver a package. If you live on Hickory Lane they will refuse to deliver your packages claiming they can't fit or turn around. If you file a complaint they will do NOTHING to help fix the issue. If you PAY for delivery and it is sent through USPS you will NOT recieve your package and they will do NOTHING but make up reasons so they don't have to deliver. I've never been more disgusted by a postal office. FedEx can fit but the tiny mail truck can't because they are to LAZY to drive down the lane.

Continuously not delivering my mail, happened multiple times, and just recently happened two days in a row. Tracking number says “no access to delivery location”, which is a complete lie considering our driveway is three times the size of the house with two entries on both sides of the driveway. This has been happening continuously for at least several weeks, and seems like my mail is being delivered about 60% of the time.

I have one of their drivers on video literally throwing my package at my door then doing a little dance thing in my street. This isn't the first time either (well the dance was a first). Really irritating that this is the kind of service we are stuck with. Do these people really not know that most people have cameras now?
Edit: Received a response from Neal who has spoken with the carrier. Really appreciate the attention to the issue we had.

The phone is always busy and the mail carrier doesn't give u anytime to receive a parcel package. She beeps throw the card in saying we missed u and on she goes. Even after ur in the middle of the road with ur hands up holding the card, she just drives on past u!!!
