As well as some professional training on interactions with the public in certain situations. As well as the front counter lady. These two employees are a disgrace to federal employees and should not represent the united states postal service.

Even causing us to get late charges on utility bills because she did not take our mail. She is extremely lazy!! Also if it's raining she does not take the time to close our box. Many times I have had to let my mail dry out before opening it. We went to complain today 12/18/2017 that she did not stop today to pick up our outgoing mail we were given the response "OK" as in they do not care she isn't doing her job. This postal service is worthless!
