  Worst company to deal with. They call themselves a Christian based company but constantly lie. They do not reply to calls or get back to you when they say they will. They start projects and don’t even have the supplies ordered or ready. Our deck was supposed to be done November 2024 and we are in July and it still isn’t done or useable.

  10/18/2025 UPDATE: A few weeks ago, I was able to talk with Levi again. He did not disagree with my criticisms and agreed that he owed me the money back I gave him to order and install custom shutters. We finally met at his bank yesterday, where he gave me a check equal to what I gave him for my custom shutters. He says he's trying to do the right thing and either finish all the jobs his company promised/contracted or to pay back those he can't handle. I can't vouch for if he will follow through on this for all the other outstanding complaints, but he did make it right with me. I can't, in good conscience, recommend his company at this point, given my experience described below (which I stand by), but I will say he did seem sincere yesterday. More importantly, the work that his team did do was very good work. The extension ties in perfectly with my existing deck, and is solid, well-built, and seems likely to serve my family and I for years to come. I hope he is sincere and goes through the efforts to make things right and rebuild his company to the 5 star local business it appeared to be when we contracted with him in August 2024. Good communities that are great places to live are based on successful small businesses that bring value and happiness to their customers. I hope for his sake and the sake of his other customers that he achieves this turnaround and becomes that type of business for our area. ****************************** DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! This has been the worst experience with a small business or contractor in my life. They contracted with my wife and me for a deck extension and the ordering/installing of exterior shutters back in August of 2024. We gave them half the contract amount up front in August (contract requirement, and to order the materials for the job), as well as the full amount to order the exterior shutters in September; they cashed both checks within 2 days of receiving them. The contract they furnished said work would begin in October and be completed by the end of November. They failed to meet that, then wouldn't return calls. They finally started working on the deck extension at the beginning of March 2025. Now, two months later, the deck is only half completed (they say they don’t have the deck boards to finish the work), and they won’t even tell me when (or if) they have ordered the shutters. Their phone number on their website says it is disconnected when you call, and their “business office” is a sign in an upstairs window of a business park where the door is locked during business hours. I am now looking to retain legal counsel to recoup my money if I don’t hear from Levi (the owner) immediately. Don’t end up in my position… find a more reputable company to hire for your project.

  Levi and crew did a fantastic job. The communication is great and their work is amazing. I gave them a challenging project and they nailed it! Highly recommend them for any deck/ramp work.

  Been watching the work put out by these guys for awhile now. I've seen nothing less than top quality work and an outstanding attention to detail. I'll definitely be calling Kingdom Custom Decks when I'm ready for my new deck and suggest you do too. You won't be disappointed...
