  I hired this company and they took my money and never came back. I have been fighting for 7 months. They ghosted me and when I finally got a hold of Levi he said he would make payments. He never did. I spent lots of money on legal fees plus the money he took from me. . The 5 star reviews are fake from employees past employees friends family etc. He will tell you if you take down your negative review he will pay you back. He never did. Legal agreements mean nothing to him He lies constantly about everything. He owes lots of people money and he is still advertising to take other people's money. Believe these other reviews. Do your homework on the internet, search court records. you will find many red flags. Ask around, talk to others and other builders. DO NOT HIRE and lose your money.

  My neighbor hired this “company” for deck replacement. Apparently they only know how to tear decks down, not rebuild them! They left a pile of debris from the old deck scattered all over their yard and never returned! Now they have to hire someone else to rebuild their deck. Terrible company! STAY FAR AWAY!

  If you’re researching Kingdom Custom Decks reviews before hiring them, read this first. I signed a contract with Levi Lupton of Kingdom Custom Decks in early 2025, with a promised deck completion date of July 2025. I paid more than $14,000 (about 60% of the total contract), and the only work ever done was tearing down my old deck and digging seven holes – in the wrong spots. The work didn’t even pass inspection. When I questioned Levi Lupton about the mistakes and delays, I was met with a constant stream of excuses – weather, materials, scheduling issues, “crew problems,” you name it. Weeks turned into months and nothing ever moved forward. Eventually, he stopped answering calls and messages entirely. When we asked for a refund, he told us he “didn’t have any money to give us.” Since then, I’ve personally spoken with over 10 other homeowners who described similar experiences — projects left unfinished or done incorrectly. Collectively, these situations represent well over $100,000 in lost payments according to those I spoke with. Now I’m being forced to hire an attorney just to try to recover my money. This has been, without question, the most unprofessional and frustrating contractor experience I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re thinking about hiring Kingdom Custom Decks or Levi Lupton, don’t do it. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and lost money. Find a contractor who’s honest, communicative, and stands behind their work.

  Price changed when told it wouldn't if I put money down, asked for money back twice. No reply. They have salesman eventually contact me and to fix it but am greeted by well you cancelled twice which is a lie. I asked him for money back for third time due to family reasons. Nothing. Don't use this company. Filed complaints now hiring attorney for civil action. Stay away!!

  PAID $14,000 AND LEFT WITH NOTHING BUT HOLES IN OUR YARD. We signed a contract with Kingdom Custom Decks LLC (owner: Levi Lupton) on March 28, 2025. Work was supposed to begin June 2, which it did. They tore down and disposed of our old deck, then disappeared for two weeks. When they came back, they dug footers without a permit (per Silver Spring Township, this is not legal). Their first footers failed inspection on July 15 because they weren’t even dug in the correct spots according to the plans they submitted to the township, thirteen days after the project should have been completed, per contract. They re-dug the footers, but my husband confirmed they were still not correct. We had them sign a new contract guaranteeing completion by August 19, 2025, with financial penalties for delays. They never returned. Levi continued to make empty promises. At one point, he said an “investor in Florida” had purchased 80% of his business and he was waiting on a loan. When I confronted him in person, he was with Eddie Sosa from Florida, who wore a Kingdom-branded shirt. Levi admitted to me directly that he had no money left to refund us. Since then, we’ve connected with multiple other homeowners who report similar experiences—some losing far more money, others having decks built so poorly they had to be torn down. In researching further, I found that Eddie Sosa is also connected to other “Kingdom” companies in Florida (Kingdom Custom Docks and Kingdom Custom Enclosures, which both appear to have been shut down or no longer online). Both he and Levi present themselves as ministers and appear involved in a church plant under My Father’s House MVNT. Based on everything I’ve personally seen and experienced, I strongly caution anyone considering this company: check references, verify permits, and protect your money before signing anything.
