- SDS DavisNov 7, 20255.0I usually come by on a Monday ( a very busy day for them) I always see them working . I'll bring up some ebay packages i know they aren't perfect but they tend to let it pass unless im way off. Honestly half the issues aren't the workers fault parking etc,about 99% of the time they get the mail correct. I ive seen very few mistakes in 6 years. All I know is im treated kindly and im glad we have a post office in the area. A lot of places dont. Thank you New Freedom post office workers. I appreciate your service.

Specifically, and not including receiving my neighbors mail on a consistent bases! Not receiving my (first class) mail several days later! The height of complacency or is it incompetence! For those who are having the same concerns as myself, I would strongly encourage to make a complaint with the New Freedom Post Office- Obvious with a 1.9 rating out of 5!

And now their new delivery vehicles take up most the parking. What about the patrons. Worst customer service ever. Been a resident for almost 50 years. 5/15/23. Parking is a nightmare here. Patrons have no where to park. If I left my car parked overnight on the street, I'd probably be towed. Ill take the one more mile drive to the Shrewsbury location.
