- DCDaniel CookDec 5, 20251.0Very rude service here. Unfortunately this post office is convenient for me so I end up there on occasion but time and time again the service is terrible and the staff are outgoingly rude for absolutely no reason... I would try to use a different location if possible.

I'll bring up some ebay packages i know they aren't perfect but they tend to let it pass unless im way off. Honestly half the issues aren't the workers fault parking etc,about 99% of the time they get the mail correct. I ive seen very few mistakes in 6 years. All I know is im treated kindly and im glad we have a post office in the area. A lot of places dont. Thank you New Freedom post office workers. I appreciate your service.
- MWMichael WApr 12, 20243.0The post office has progressively gotten better. The delivery folks are often kind and seem to work hard. Nothing is perfect, it can always be better (esp govt services) but in this case felt a positive word was needed among all the complaints.

- COConnie OlszewskiMar 15, 20212.0So now they don't consider new freedom mail "local ". What's up with that. Has to go to Harrisburg in order to be counted since they are paid by the piece. And now their new delivery vehicles take up most the parking. What about the patrons. Worst customer service ever. Been a resident for almost 50 years. 5/15/23. Parking is a nightmare here. Patrons have no where to park. If I left my car parked overnight on the street, I'd probably be towed. Ill take the one more mile drive to the Shrewsbury location.
