Witnessed continual harassment by the post master and landlords today of customers parking in their lot after business hours. Today happened to be an 89 year old woman which the local police helped escort out to her car from the adjacent business after a complaint was called and a request to ticket and tow. Really. What a fine waste of time for a government employee and a busy police force. The locals see exactly what is happening along with the shabby, unmaintained property surrounding the post office. They need to focus on making their property shine which it doesn't and leave the pettiness behind. 40+ years and never a problem. Change of management and ownership....going to the dogs.

So much better than the Monongahela one. Most of my packages are moved out same day but Monogehela takes days, they have definitely improved since the multiple year old reviews.

I have tried to do my mailing several times on a Sunday and I find the Post Office mailbox is blocked off with ORANGE plastic fence, I cannot get in to mail my bills. This appears to be illegal.

The postmaster at this location is a hindrance on the community. Two new stores opened close by and he sits at home and watches the cameras when the post office is closed, just to call the police if someone parks in the lot. Like the police don't have anything better to do. If don't want people parking there when you're closed, put a chain across your entrance. It's understandable that people visiting other businesses shouldn't park in the post office lot but that doesn't give this postmaster the right to act the way he does. I witnessed him berate two women about the parking after hours (again put a chain up). I've heard first hand accounts of him yelling at customers about parking. Even paying customers at the post office, he's rude to if he knows you visit the other stores. He is not fit for this community. Also if you're looking for other post offices in the area that don't have steps. All neighboring post offices don't, except Monongahela. I do agree that you never have to wait at this post office but I believe that's because everyone is creeped out by this postmaster. I was in there once and he had a strange interaction with a woman waiting in line while he waited on me. I could tell she was uncomfortable. The customer service obviously leaves a lot to be desired. I would avoid this office until the postmaster is removed.
