- RSRick SudersDec 17, 20201.0If I could give this place a zero I would, I usually go to the cascade street location but I was down town. I went to go drop off a padded envelope and the girl at the front counter weighed it and said it would be $1.00, I said ma'am I usually pay a little over $4 and it comes with tracking. She said my envelope wasn't thick enough and she starts bending and crumbling my envelope saying look it's not thick enough, I said no problem I'll just buy one of your thicker padded envelopes and put my envelope inside, she said you can't do that, I told her I've done this several times before at the cascade location, and she said that I should go call them, or she said she can call the police, I said for what reason? She said because I seemed a little hostile, I showed her what I was doing, I resealed my bubble envelope inside one of the thicker padded envelopes and she continued to wait on me like there never was a problem. But she told me minutes prior that I couldn't do that. This girl needs to be retrained in customer service, I don't care if she is having a bad day or not, it's very unprofessional, I am at the cascade location daily and have never had an issue with any of them and they have never talked to me like I was beneath them. She was reported and hopefully she will learn to treat people better

But to make it worse I can't even call the office to issue a complaint on the phone, instead I get diverted to an automated system that put me on hold for 50 min. Screw that. And the US POST OFFICE.
