- KKKristenOct 28, 20251.0Sarah, who looks like she hasn’t showered in 2 weeks, told me I couldn’t mail my small package (large envelope) unless there is a return address. I travel for work and live out of air bnb’s, there is no return address and the package was to be a surprise. I’ve mailed numerous packages with no return address (from this post office and many others) and it has never been an issue. I put the place where I’m currently working as the return address and that wasn’t good enough for Sarah. After she continued to argue with me in the most disrespectful and condescending tone, and after she gently threw the package off the scale and towards me saying she wasn't mailing the package, she mailed the package but told me she wouldn’t promise me it would get to where it was to go. I have never been talked to or treated so rudely by anyone. Kindness and friendliness goes a long way. Get some employees who take pride in their appearance and who can still be nice when they’re having a bad day.
