I still am unable to get my passport because each time I am told that my picture is not correct! Wrong size and then wrong background!! I now have to go to Staples to get a passport photo for a 3rd time since this location doesn't know how to properly take a passport photo. This now means I have to pay for expedited service on my passport because of the delays. The person who handled my photo was a nice person - but I can only assume they have had no training on how to do it properly.
