After a difficult time with a broken package packed by another firm, the owner of the store in New Britain, PA, Neel, followed up on my behalf and went above and beyond to be sure I got the artwork my late father wanted me to have! It was slated to be tossed by the UPS warehouse because the package had broken glass inside so Neel made sure they delivered it to me! Additionally he filed a claim on my behalf and got me not only the money I insured it for but also my shipping costs refunded! His professionalism, follow through and caring made what was a stressful and upsetting experience one that I am SO GRATEFUL for how it was handled!
