He took my passport photo for me and I came with all my documents and payment methods ready. Employee was nice, explained everything thoroughly and was quick. Thank you!
- EMEmily MolinaOct 6, 20251.0I wish I could give zero stars! We were a few minutes late to our 4 month old infant’s passport appointment, because she needed to nurse. The postal employee refused to honor our appointment. My husband and I work full time, and it’s very difficult for the three of us to make an appt on a weekday. We walked into Ardmore same day and the wonderful ladies there filed the paperwork in 5 minutes. Save yourself time and frustration and go 10 minutes down the road to Ardmore!

The USPS tracking number shows the package was delivered to the reception desk area of this post office. I stopped in and was informed that the package was delivered to a UPS pickup location in the morning. What's strange is the tracking shows the package was delivered to this branch in the afternoon. It was suggested I file a police report or file a complaint. One star is more than they deserve.

- CCCanine ClippersJul 22, 20211.0RUDE. man that helped me with my passport application took my photo and after i said "i dont like that one. i hated my passport picture for the last 10 years" he says " i guess you are going to hate it for 10 more". on top of that he convinced me i did not need to purchase expedited services and now here i am not able to go on my HONEYMOON. mean nasty person. i will never go here unless it is to let this man know he is the reason i am missing my honeymoon.
