- JKJulianna K5 days ago1.0We were a couple minutes late to our passport appointment with our 4 month old and they refused to see us. We explained we had tried to find parking and it was hard to get out the door with a baby, but they still said no even though my husband had taken the day off from work for it and doesn’t have many days off available. Nope! They are totally unsympathetic. I would never come here again.

He took my passport photo for me and I came with all my documents and payment methods ready. Employee was nice, explained everything thoroughly and was quick. Thank you!

The postal employee refused to honor our appointment. My husband and I work full time, and it’s very difficult for the three of us to make an appt on a weekday. We walked into Ardmore same day and the wonderful ladies there filed the paperwork in 5 minutes. Save yourself time and frustration and go 10 minutes down the road to Ardmore!

The USPS tracking number shows the package was delivered to the reception desk area of this post office. I stopped in and was informed that the package was delivered to a UPS pickup location in the morning. What's strange is the tracking shows the package was delivered to this branch in the afternoon. It was suggested I file a police report or file a complaint. One star is more than they deserve.
