Been here probably ten or more times in the past five plus years of living where I do and the store is generally well stocked, clean, organized, and efficient. The staff aren't always super helpful or knowledgeable, but not bad by today's standards, and the checkout process can be slow and infuriating at times, but honestly as chain office supply stores go, honestly can't say my experiences have been out of line with my expectations.
