- NTNick TobiasAug 20, 20251.0Unreliable and frustrating service. Packages returned to sender because the post office claimed they thought I moved. Never put in a change of address or returned mail and they took it upon themselves to do so without ever being informed to. Then yesterday a package was supposed to be delivered that was ordered through Amazon but delivered by USPS. They informed Amazon that “Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection”. I never requested the package to be held and they again took it upon themselves to do so. I spoke to Cindy and the excuse they gave is that because the package was larger and with the road work in Myerstown they would have no where to park. I understand there is road work in Myerstown but it is not being done on my street. The street is not blocked and there is plenty of space to park. There were two packages and they are only 14 pounds each.

I often have mail to send out and just sits in the box for several days until he stops. I've seen him drive by my house several times without stopping or going to my neighbors and turning around and skipping my house altogether. I have called to complain several times and nothing has been done about it. Today I go out to check my mail and instead of it being in the mailbox my letters and packages were thrown on the ground outside my door.

If she has to come out of her office for any reason it’s the end of her world. I have made multiple complaints about multiple packages just disappearing when I have drop off receipts, packages never being delivered with video proof, the office closing 30 minutes to an hour early everyday, and many of the employees.
