Lousy services. Our mail is never delivered and it gets returned to sender. They are very irresponsible.

This was my first experience at the Mountain Top Post Office and it left me with a bad taste. The front worker was very rude to me after I asked to use the Priority Tape. The policy has been for many years that if you shipped Priority and purchased a box, you could use the tape provided there. The worker makes a snide remark which prompts the customer he is helping to also chime in and they both egg one another on. I ignored the customer and simply attempted to explain to the postal worker that this is the policy that I have experienced for years. He rolls his eyes and retorts back with a less than passive aggressive statement. I continue to silently prepare my box. When it is my turn, I once again tell him my experience in the policy and tell him that he has been very rude. Again, he replies with a defensively rude comment and tells me that, "maybe smaller post offices can get away with it, but not here". Um, this is Mountain Top branch office....this is as small as it gets in my thoughts. At 5 other Post Offices across the country I adhered to the policy and never encountered a problem. If the policy has changed in 2 weeks, ok. However, you are in a customer service position at the front desk. Don't talk to people like that.
