I have run into some customers coming in with 25+ packages needing to be labeled and shipping calculated. One day I mentioned about printing his own labels and he said, "Why should I pay for an ink cartridge..." No need to explain that if he printed his own labels he would save with a multi shipping rate, and not hold up the line. I would also appreciate if customers needing 25+ packages weighed and addresses typed in...bring them in earlier and not 15-30 minutes before the office is closing. The Post Office decides how many clerks can be on register at one time and there were cut backs- but this should not affect the rating of one of the clerks who is only doing her job.
