- HMHeather MacDougallJan 12, 20261.0So far not liking this post office.... Just moved to the area and they dont deliver to my address from what I see but deliver to others on our street. Smh. Then u call to try and see if they can and they dont even answer they phones. Sounds pretty lazy to me... smh. Now I have to go to the post office just to ask a question because people that work here cant do their jobs... smh.
- SFStephanie FinkJan 31, 20205.0Staff goes above and beyond their job description to help people. While their hours may be a bit inconvenient, the employees don't make the schedule. During the Christmas holidays, they are working 70-80 hours a week and are there 7 days a week and even have signs that say if you have packages to pick up, to knock on the door and they will get it for you. The main employee I deal with is super nice. She is always willing to help and explain. So the only "complaint" I have is the hours and that has no bearing on the staff.

Anyone living in Mount Wolf is required to have a PO Box, yet the hours of operation are literally during business hours. Anyone with an 8-5 job can’t access their packages during the week. It makes having amazon prime or anything else completely pointless.
