I have informed delivery and can see my mail that will be delivered. I have several missing pieces of mail. Important insurance and bills. I had to pay a fee for my sewer because I didn’t have the paper bill and had to then pay online. My husband was supposed to get a valuable trading card and that went missing. Important insurance information for my oncologist appointment. I continue to submit inquiries and no one follows up. I have called the usps contact number and no help. Some days I see the truck go by at 4 pm and skip my road. Very concerning. My mail is being stolen.

They have thrown out a package of mine, then they have returned multiple of my packages to sender because of "no address found" or some BS like that, and have lost another one of my packages. Now I have a package marked as delivered in their system, and it has not been delivered, so now it is lost. The USPS has cost me over $100, an they will not take responsibility for their actions. I have complained multiple times and nothing is being done about it. I pay extra money for packages to not be delivered through them, but some places do not give that option.
