I was very much mistaken. The Manager Tamir, who has always been very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable went above and beyond the call of duty. The project was completed with GREAT care and on the same day. Along with Tamir, I find the other staff members to be just as OUTSTANDING. I am one very grateful customer and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the UPS Store in Mt. Pocono, PA.

I let the staff take care of the packing and handling. There were no issues with those items making it safely to their destinations. More recently Tamir also went totally above and beyond to help us intercept a package we were sending. I was SO stressed out about it until Tamir stepped in to help. This guy is the best and I really appreciate that this store has people like him. Thank you, Tamir!
