Changing to 1 star after how the carriers handled not only ours but several neighbors packages this holiday season. It really is appalling. Leaving large packages on the sidewalk or in front of a sign saying to not leave packages at the door? The correct door is 5 feet away and not in sight of the main road. Maybe if they spent less time on their phone or listening to true crime podcasts they would be more able to follow directions.
