- SHShane HanlanAug 26, 20231.0If you call them, you have a better chance at seeing god than them answering. I gave up after calling repeatedly after 45+ minutes. They somehow managed to fit my package in the mailbox, causing the protective bag to tear off the mailbox lid. The items were ruined by rust and dirt from being forced into the mailbox. The material is nearly impossible to clean as it’s not machine washable. So whoever delivered the mail on 8/25/23 should be trained on how to handle packages with Care instead of forcing something to fit in the mailbox when it clearly wouldn’t want. They do have workers that are careful but whoever this person is doesn’t.
