    I recently moved to the Harmony area and only use this UPS store . The team is quick friendly and helpful. I am a GM of a restaurant in the airport! I would love to have a team like this one. Kudos to the manager

    9/3/2025 I would like to commend the staff at the moon township location for being pleasant patient and helpful with older less tech savvy customers. I watched the young woman working today model this behavior, it should be recognized. Thank you.

    Tried to ship an antique piece of furniture. Have shipped thousands of items via freight companies and USPS. Purchasers wanted to UPS. Took item there and they refused to even give me a price because I did not have my ID. In what world do we live in that you need to show identification to ship an item? I will never us UPS for anything so booking this item to be shipped with a reputable freight hauler. Item would have just ended up in pieces if they would have packed and shipped. Probably worked out better in long run!
