If this is a UPS policy it is a bad one! Its 2026 and we cant call the store but need to physically go in. The call centers cant even get in touch with the store as they have no number. They couldn't help me and stated I need to go back to the store for any help. Crazy they don't have a phone. Now my package that I paid expedited to be delivered 30 min down the road has been sitting there for 4 days and has not moved.
