This post office deserves less than 0 stars. Constantly stealing, or misdelivering mail. Impossible to speak to anyone as they NEVER answer their phone. 4 days ago they claimed they attempted to deliver a medication that required my signature; I was here ALL day and no one ever came. Filed an online complaint and requested redelivery. Today I get notification that the med was delivered and signed for by a completely unknown person at God knows where. My USPS account specifically states I am the ONLY authorized signer at my address. Now after spending over an hour on the phone trying to reach a live person at the nationalcustomer service for USPS I am being told they "opened a ticket" and someone will research the issue and get get back to me supposedly in 3 or 4 days. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Constant problems with this post office. We've complained, they've given us attitude about their own mistakes, and it has just become a vicious circle of the same problems. I work for a local business, we are not open on weekends. If they end up with a package addressed to the business, instead of waiting until Monday when we are open, they just deliver it to the owners address on Saturday (purposefully delivering it to an incorrect address). The employees here, including myself and the owners have asked that they stop. Many times. Angel returned a call to me in October, had a horrible attitude when I explained we have been having the same issue over and over, and I thought it had finally been resolved. In her own words, they would just deliver everything to the business until they are told otherwise. This past weekend 2 more packages were delivered again to the wrong address, after having this conversation. And the only reason these ended up as a Saturday delivery is because they went from the Montrose office for delivery, to the Wyalusing Office incorrectly, and had to come back again to the Montrose office. Our carrier, if we have too many Amazon packages, makes comments about there being too many or she was late because she has too many. Its been one thing after another....too much to list. I realize mistakes can happen, but I don't find it appropriate for them to just make a judgement call and deliver things to the wrong address, and when we call to sort it out, we end up getting attitude about it. I guess if I want to be paid good money to incorrectly do my job, and I won't have to own up to it, I should take the exam and put in an application. Seems easy enough.

Unbelievable. Repeated calls hung up on, bills never received, others' mail delivered whose address is not even CLOSE to mine.Office hours only during normal work hours, carrier beyond rude on a repeated basis. I would be ashamed to run any business this way. And carriers make 3 times minimum wage? Unbelievable I complained to postmistress about this carrier BEFORE our wonderful one retired, told/begged her not to assign the Monday man to this route. Yet here this incompetent is. Last month I never received one of my bolls, this month someone els's mail is delivered here, address and name not even CLOSE to this one. TAKE THIS GUY OFF LAKE AVENUE! !! Now i try repeatedly to call your office and people pick up and hang yp after a few minutes? Unbelievable !
