We've complained, they've given us attitude about their own mistakes, and it has just become a vicious circle of the same problems. I work for a local business, we are not open on weekends. If they end up with a package addressed to the business, instead of waiting until Monday when we are open, they just deliver it to the owners address on Saturday (purposefully delivering it to an incorrect address). The employees here, including myself and the owners have asked that they stop. Many times. Angel returned a call to me in October, had a horrible attitude when I explained we have been having the same issue over and over, and I thought it had finally been resolved. In her own words, they would just deliver everything to the business until they are told otherwise. This past weekend 2 more packages were delivered again to the wrong address, after having this conversation. And the only reason these ended up as a Saturday delivery is because they went from the Montrose office for delivery, to the Wyalusing Office incorrectly, and had to come back again to the Montrose office. Our carrier, if we have too many Amazon packages, makes comments about there being too many or she was late because she has too many. Its been one thing after another....too much to list. I realize mistakes can happen, but I don't find it appropriate for them to just make a judgement call and deliver things to the wrong address, and when we call to sort it out, we end up getting attitude about it. I guess if I want to be paid good money to incorrectly do my job, and I won't have to own up to it, I should take the exam and put in an application. Seems easy enough.
