- FFFire FistDec 30, 20251.0Was told I need to provide a hazmat sticker for a package containing a lithium ion battery. They told me they don’t provide the sticker and refused to mail package. Went one post office over and watched the clerk slap a hazmat sticker on my package and send it. Went back to this post office and asked the manager why they refused to put a sticker on the package and he stood by the clerk’s decision. When I asked him why the other post office provided the sticker, he told me he never heard of that and asked me if I had a picture of the sticker.
- PCPaul ChapmanMay 19, 20251.0I understand there is a mail carrier from the Montoursville, PA 17754 post office who refuses to deliver mail of newspapers and brochures, small magazines etc. Companies spend $#x27;s per year for print media and for the USPS to deliver. Is there any wonder why people are cutting back on using the USPS when you have employees who set their own rules. This is not acceptable, and the Postmaster needs to get it under control!
