- SSsamohApr 3, 20261.0Terrible experience with passport service. I asked for passport service for 4 kids. They gave me 4 forms to fill ahead of time but when I go to my appointment next day I found out they wrote for 2 kids and the post office man insists to do only 2 . I try to explain I was given 4 forms and I asked for 4 kids but he would not cooperate. I took time off from my work to do this and now I may have to redo everything and may affect my travel Plans

He made something that is unenjoyable (obtaining a passport) and had us both laughing so hard!!! The Post Office should charge extra to get him to help you! I'd pay the amusement tax in a heartbeat!!!

- PMPamela MonterossiFeb 2, 20261.0Due to the heavy snow a week ago our mail wasn't delivered for days now. It's not the letter carrier.. it's the Postmaster. It's a sunny cold day and my driveway and walkways are ALL clear. So no excuses. Very poor decision making!
