The woman working today was a real peach. 4 minutes late for an appointment that takes 30 seconds. Good thing there was a FedEx nearby who could help us. Please choose a different post office.

Had a passport photo appointment for 11:15, showed up 4 minutes late, waited in line, was very nastily informed that since I was 4 minutes late I’d have to reschedule. Because it takes the “full 15 to take 1 photo”. There was no reason for her to be condescendingly yelling at me. When did we normalize not being polite?

Great ID services. Easy to schedule appointment online. The expected time of 15 minutes was incredibly exact. But overall, Larry was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful through all the process, that definitely, I highly recommend this USPS branch.

Yesterday I had a horrible experience with the Plum Post Office, and the employee there, called the Monroeville post office to say that I was disrespectful to her and she wasnt going to refund my 44$ ( my guaranteed overnight delivery arrived 3 days late)...The Monroeville post office backed her up..this incident was bizarre and after 5 hours, I finally got my money back. These people are totally unprofessional, inept and should not be holding these positions....THUS THE LOW RATINGS!!!!!
