He was nothing more than a jerk yelling at her. For that I'll never use this company again. FedEx needs to teach their drivers to have respect, its bad enough they park in places that make it dangerous to drivers now they snap on drivers that need to pick up people after surgery. Its no surprise that you only have a 3.7 rating
