Our house is wide open no dogs or anything that could cause no access. Have lived there since the 1990’s with no issues prior. The manager told us if we called in anywhere it would just come back to her and she couldn’t do anything about it. Called into make a case and they told me on the phone they are not allowed to be doing that and problem will get escalated. The post office hangs up when trying to call in. Asked how far they can walk and back up there vehicle and they refuse to give an answer. I know they are union and don’t have to give answers but seems really lazy and unprofessional.
