- JTJeff TroxellNov 5, 20251.0Clerk Jen is probably the rudest, most unprofessional federal employee i have ever encountered. I was dropping off a letter and inquired info the postage was enough (pre paid). She takes my envelope and proceeds to try and bend it in half and try to charge me more because she deems it is non machinable. Never had a clerk at any post office try and bend my letter size envelopes. Post master was great but I will forgo this location from now on.
- NKNathan KopsackMar 25, 20231.0As a member of the Monaca business district and the chair of Beaver County BOOM, the largest fireworks show in western PA, we have a large fundraising campaign that involves a rather large mailing and we try to send it USPS to support. However, the gentlemen known as 'clerk 15' made me feel like a complete nuisance bringing in the mailers to have shipped out. It was as if he didn't want to be bothered with such things as mailing things out for our community event. Hard to believe a clerk at the post office didn't want to mail things out. I thought that was their job. It wasn't his. His job was to hassle me, frustrate me, and to get me to not return. Mission accomplished. He told me to use another post office and eventually told me to "not come back at all". I'm sure it was so that he would not have to do actual work. I ignored that request because I have an obligation to Beaver County BOOM to mail our sponsorship information out so we can fund this event that is counted on by tens of thousands of citizens every year. Normally, I have had a pretty good experience, generally, with this post office. Most of the clerks are nice and helpful. The carriers are friendly as well. This is my first time dealing with clerk '15'. It will be my last.

They have been putting most of my mail into my neighbors mailboxes, even going as far as to not even giving me my mail when it comes. What is going on here?!
