- MMMichelle MohrJul 31, 20251.0On several occasions my packages have been left in the rain. I have complained to the Mohrsville post office. I was told the drivers are equipped with bags for bad weather. It happened again today. Total disregard for the customer.

I get emails stating what mail I’ll be receiving and nothing at all has arrived since last week! Often get wrong mail - at least 1-2x per week. Constantly leaving slips in mailbox to pick packages up that should be easily delivered. Filed a complaint. Unacceptable and never experienced this before!!!!
- TOTyler OrnekJun 18, 20202.0Very often we get a slip in the mailbox to sign for packages. Our mail lady will go to every other house and ring the door bell or bring the package to the door. Ours does not, we always get a slip even though we always has someone home. I remember a couple of years ago I had to chase after the car to get my package from her because she put a slip in the mailbox while I was walking to the mailbox from my front door. Or the many times, well over 10x I had to pick up my packages from the post office, because that guaranties I will get my package on time. I live about 7 minutes away from the post office
