Impossible to pick up mails because I work in NYC and not always was able to make on time when post office open. Disgusting attitudes and absolutely not willing to cooperate and listen to customers... One way conversation and showing the power because she works in federal job... I f I could would have her zero stars... Unfortunately can't avoid her. .

So for every package, I have to do their job and drive to get my own stuff. Unbelievable. No other post office does this. It’s so unprofessional.
