  I come here to pick up packages of live plants and animals, and I'm going to miss it when it's gone :( I've never had a problem with this location, and I hate that I'll have to go into Harrisburg now.

  Grossly incompetent at this location! missed two days of work due to needing my car parts delivered so that I can be mobile again. I literally watched my fed ex truck sit for 15-20 mins and then leave. Called customer service and a "ticket" was made. Now on day two and same "ticket" has no updates. It was suppose to be delivered today by 230pm and it's now 6pm. Laziness is a big deal for me. If you dont wanna do your job correctly then maybe find another and stop screwing over customers. That location needs to be shut down and it's unfortunate cuz there are some good delivery drivers there just more bad than good ones. THIS LOCATION NEEDS SHUT DOWN OR A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF STAFF AND MANAGEMENT!!

  Lost my package and I've called multiple times and no one has done anything about it, its been more than a week and a half the package shows going in and out of the Middletown fed ex facility

  I found this ship center to be top notch. No issues. Very friendly staff and fast. I applaud this center. Thank you 🙏

  If I could rate the Middletown location with zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any shipping company. Supposedly for four days straight a delivery man attempted to drop off my very expensive package (that required a signature) and no one ever heard a knock or a doorbell ring. The house was filled with people each day so it was almost impossible to not hear anything, as well as a note being put on the door stating to knock or ring the doorbell. I then would randomly receive a notification that someone attempted to drop it off with a blurry picture of an alleyway near our house. We then talked to customer service (several times), which then said they would hold the package at the Middletown location for us, but then sent the delivery out once again. Eventually, I was able to finally secure a drop off location, which I was then given wrong information about the qualifying identification needed to retrieve the package, causing two trips to a location that is nearly 30 minutes from me. I typically have a decent experience with FedEx, but the Middletown location needs to intensely retrain their drivers. Whoever they sent out those first few days did not know what they were doing or care to even try.
