I was blown away by the way the postmaster here at the Mercersburg location spent extra time and energy to try to help us solve our problem. He even took time out of his day to call the other post office to try to remedy our situation. Even though we are still working on it, I am so appreciative of his willingness to go above and beyond to try to help us solve our issue. Thank you!
