- DLDrew LakebrinkMay 24, 20255.0Despite the odd hours, my wife and I have had great experiences at this location. They were helpful when our mail wasn't being delivered by telling us where to go and what to do. I was going to skip a package last minute and would've spent much more if the person at the counter hasn't told me about some of their other shipping options. While the odd hours can be a challenge occasionally and this location seeming to be the 7-Eleven of USPS in terms of capabilities, they've always been great and helpful.

I wish there would be better communication on here letting customers know if they’ll be closed for the day due to lack of staff. Aside from that headache, the staff here is very pleasant and always helpful. I forgot her name, but she’s a lovely woman.
- KHKen HopeJun 15, 20221.0The women that works there is never even remotely friendly. When you go there you feel like you are bothering her. I went there to mail a certified letter and she told me that she couldn’t help me She said the CHPS is not working like I was supposed to know what those letters stood for. The other worker there also looked at me like you don’t know what CHPS stands for. I think they meant to say that their computer system was down but neither had the intelligence to say it. It was quite the bizarre experience. You would think the USPS would only hire workers with a minimum level of intelligence and customer service skills. But that is apparently not the case. Instead, it appears that they recruited this duo from the island of misfit toys.
