  After trying to return packages on 12/1 and being unable to because of QR code issues I arrive at this location on 12/2 to have an employee standing outside of the door telling customers they are closed and not allowing entry despite being there before closing.

  Great service. Very fast and professional. The lady that waited on me was very nice, a lil older lady with shorter hair.

  Greeted with puzzled looks and forced to talk through one employee to another. Came in to ship a Verizon trade-in and asked for a UPS padded envelope (normally free). Instead, I was rudely pointed to bubble wrap for sale, and another cashier dismissively asked, “What is it he wants?” Once I told her to speak to me directly, the process was simple—just scan the QR code and they handle the packaging. No need to play telephone—talk to customers directly. We all speak English.

  I came in to return a Amazon package, no one spoke to me when I walked in there was a older blonde woman who just pointed at a scale I never returned a package so I was unsure of what to do, I showed her a code it was wrong, she was irritated that I didn’t know how to use the QR codes she misscanned the code because then it worked when a woman named Genie came over, I asked the woman her name because I felt they where just so rude because I didn’t know how to return this package I planned to call cooperate, so I had two returns in one package I go out to my car look at the return realized there was two QR codes for each return I thought Amazon had made it all one code so I had to go back in and get my other return processed. They started screaming at me saying I was rude I need to read instructions I expressed I didn’t know what to do and there wasn’t any instructions other than to print the label so I didn’t know it had to be separated. I kept my voice very low even as they screamed at me because there was all kinds of people in there it was so insane they accused me of screaming and yelling i of course did have a attitude/defensive they were so nasty over a misunderstanding! I will be calling cooperate the problem was I just didnt know how to do the return and when I asked for there names they lost it never ever going back here! A woman that was inside the store at the time actually stopped me and told me she’s sorry for me that it was crazy!
